[English]

Enzymes and pectin are composed of variety of molecules which play the major role in the improvement of growth performance and health of aquatic animals. In this experiment, the effect of using pectin and Natozyme eparately and in combination on blood biochemical indices in common carp fry (Cyprinus carpio) was investigated. For this purpose, the number of 540 common carp fry with an average weight of 16.33±1 g were fed with nine treatments including basic diet (0), 1% pectin, 2% pectin 0.05% natozyme, 0.1% Natozyme, combination of pectin (1%) and Natozyme (0.05%), pectin (2%) and Natozyme (0.05%), Pectin (1%) and Natozyme (0.1%), pectin composition (2%) Natozyme (0.1%) for 8 weeks. At the end of the expriment, blood biochemical factors, total protein, albumin, globulin and liver enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP) were measured by spectrophotometric method. The amount of ALT, AST, ALP did not show significant difference in separate treatments of pectin and Natozyme and the combined treatment (P>0.05). The results of protein, albumin, and serum immunoglobulin in the control group and fish fed with 0.05 and 0.1% Natozyme showed no significant difference (P≥0.05) but significant differences with those fed diet including pectin and combination of pectin and Natozyme (P≤0.05). In general, the use of pectin and Natozyme separately and in combination improved blood biochemical factors as imminity indicators in carp fish.
