تاثیر هورمون تیروکسین در مراحل اولیه رشد بر شاخص‌های رشد قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus myksis)

چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف هورمون تیروکسین در آب پرورشی و جیره غذایی بر فاکتورهای رشد در مراحل اولیه رشد ‌ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان انجام شد. آزمایش در سه مرحله تخم چشم‌زده تا تفریخ کامل تخم، لارو تفریخ شده تا زمان تغذیه فعال و زمان تغذیه فعال تا وزن‌گیری حدود 1 گرم بچه‌ماهی انجام شد. در هر مرحله، آزمایش در سه غلظت محلول تیروکسین (03/0، 06/0 و 09/0 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) به همراه گروه شاهد (فاقد هورمون تیروکسین) با 3 تکرار انجام گردید. تیروکسین در مراحل اول و دوم، به آب و در مرحله سوم به غذا اضافه گردید. در انتهای مرحله سوم، شاخص‌های رشد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بالاترین وزن و طول نهایی در تیمار 9 به ترتیب برابر با 04/0±53/1 و 31/0±85/5 سانتی‌متر به دست آمد. شاخص‌های درصد افزایش وزن بدن و ضریب رشد ویژه در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها تفاوت معنی‌داری از خود نشان داد (05/0>p) و به ترتیب برابر با 32/18±45/872 و 04/0±05/5 بود. بیش‌ترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی و ضریب چاقی نیز در گروه شاهد برابر با 004/0±78/0 و 07/0±14/1 بود مشاهده گردید. بر اساس مطالعه حاضر، هورمون تیروکسین منجر به اثرات مثبت بر فاکتورهای رشد در بچه‌ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان گردیده است.

چکیده [English]

This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of different levels of thyroxine hormone in rearing water and diet on growth factors in the early stages of growth of rainbow trout. The experiment was carried out in three stages: hatched eggs until complete hatching, hatched larvae until active feeding, and active feeding until weighing about 1 gram of fry fish. In each stage, the experiment was performed in three concentrations of thyroxine solution (0.03, 0.06 and 0.09 mg/liter) along with the control group (without thyroxine hormone) with 3 repetitions. Thyroxine was added to water in the first and second stages and to food in the third stage. At the end of the third stage, growth indicators were examined. The results showed that the highest final weight and length in treatment 9 were 1.53±0.04 and 5.85±0.31 cm respectively. The percentage of body weight gain and specific growth factors showed a significant difference compared to other treatments (p<0.05) and were 872.45±18.32 and 5.05±0.04, respectively. The highest food conversion rate and obesity rate in the control group were 0.78±0.004 and 1.14±0.07 respectively. According to the present study, thyroxine hormone has led to positive effects on growth factors in rainbow trout fry.
