تاثیر سطوح مختلف پکتین حاصل از تفاله سیب درختی (Malus pumila) بر شاخص‌های خون‌شناسی و بیوشیمیایی ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

چکیده

در این تحقیق تاثیر پکتین حاصل از تفاله سیب درختی (Malus pumila) روی شاخص‌های خون‌شناسی و بیوشیمیایی ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این بررسی 300 قطعه ماهی قزل‌آلا با میانگین وزنی 007/0±56/3 گرم با جیره‌های غذایی به ترتیب حاوی 5/0، 1 و 2 درصد پکتین در کیلوگرم جیره و گروه شاهد با جیره فاقد پکتین به مدت 6 هفته تغذیه شدند. در پایان دوره، شاخص‌های خون‌شناسی و بیوشیمیایی بر اساس فرمول‌های استاندارد محاسبه و ارزیابی انجام گرفت. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده از شاخص‌های خون‌شناسی‌، تیمار تغذیه شده با 5/0 و 1 درصد پکتین دارای بیشترین میزان هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین و گلبول سفید بوده و اختلاف معنی‌داری با تیمار شاهد نشان دادند (05/0p <). در سایر شاخص‌های خونی (گلبول‌های قرمز، MCV و MCH) اختلاف معنی‌داری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی و گروه شاهد مشاهده نشد (05/0< p). تغذیه ماهیان با جیره حاوی پکتین بطور معنی‌داری سبب افزایش شاخص آلبومین و کاهش شاخص‌های کلسترول، گلوکز و کورتیزول شد (05/0p <). در سایر شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی خون (پروتئین کل، گلوبولین و تری‌گلیسیرید) اختلاف معنی‌داری بین سطوح مختلف پکتین و گروه کنترل مشاهده نشد (05/0< p). بنابراین می‌توان اینگونه نتیجه گرفت که استفاده از پکتین در جیره غذایی ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین کمان منجر به بهبود برخی از فاکتورهای خون‌شناسی و بیوشیمیایی می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of apple pomace (Malus pumila) derived pectin (APDP) on rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Therefore, 300 rainbow trout with an average weight of 3.56 ± 0.007 were fed diets containing 0.5, 1 and 2% pectin per kg of diet and the control group was fed a diet without pectin for 6 weeks. At the end of the experiment, hematological and biochemical indices were evaluated based on standard formulas and means were analyzed using Tukey test. Based on the results obtained from hematological indices, the treatment fed with 0.5 and 1% of pectin showed the highest levels of hematocrit, hemoglobin and numbers of white blood cells significantly different from those of control treatment (p < 0.05). In terms of other blood indices (erythrocytes, MCV and MCH), no significant difference was found between the experimental treatments and control group (P>0.05). Feeding fish with pectin-containing diets significantly increased albumin index and decreased cholesterol, glucose and cortisol indices (p < 0.05). In case of total protein, globulin and triglyceride, no significant difference was observed between different levels of pectin and control group (P>0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of pectin in the diet of rainbow trout leads to the improvement of some hematological and biochemical indices
