گزارش حضور برخی سرپایان نادر در شمال شرق خلیج مکران همراه بررسی ویژگی‌های مورفومتریک، مریستیک و تشخیصی (منابع تحت بهره‌برداری تجاری)

چکیده

در خلیج مکران (خلیج عمان) ذخایری کمتر شناخته شده از سرپایان وجود دارند. این مطالعه در منطقه نریتیک خلیج مکران برای یافتن اطلاعات جدید در مورد ذخایر سرپایان در اکوسیستم‌های آبی جمهوری اسلامی ایران همینطور خصوصیات کلیدی شناسایی آن‌ها انجام شد. منطقه مورد مطالعه شمال شرقی خلیج مکران بود. نمونه‌ها در مرداد و شهریور 1399 جمع‌آوری شدند. ابزار نمونه‌برداری تور ترال کف یک کَشتی ترالر تجاری وابسته به ناوگان ترال چندگونه‌ای فردوس بود. این مطالعه علاوه بر بیان محل و عمق وقوع سه گونه Sepia saya، Acanthosepion stelliferum و Uroteuthis (Photololigo) edulis در شمال شرق آب‌های ایرانی خلیج مکران (خانواده: Sepidae وLoliginidae) به بیان برخی خصوصیات ریخت‌سنجی (مورفومتریک) و شمارشی (مریستیک) آن‌ها نیز پرداخته است. جز گونه Acanthosepion stelliferum که به صورت انبوه صید شده بود سایر گونه‌ها انگشت شمار بودند. به عنوان اطلاعات تشخیصی جدید نسبت به منابع پیشین، در قسمت‌های قدامی و خلفی حاشیه جبه Sepia saya به ترتیب 12 لکه و یک خط ممتد رنگی مشاهده شده و ناحیه هکتوکوتیلوس آبزی نیز توصیف گردید. با توجه به مشاهدات، محدوده عمق بیشتری را باید به عنوان زیستگاه Sepia saya در نظر گرفته و به طور کلی پراکنش جغرافیایی وسیع‌تری را برای گونه‌های ذکر شده متصور بود.

چکیده [English]

There are data-limited stocks of the Cephalopoda class in the Gulf of Makran (Gulf of Oman). This study was conducted in the neritic zone of the Gulf of Makran to find new information about cephalopods stocks in Iranian (I.R.I) aquatic ecosystems, as well as their key identification characteristics. The study area was northeast of the Gulf of Makran. Specimens were collected in August and September 2020. The sampling gear was a bottom trawl of a commercial trawler belonging to Ferdows multi-species trawl fleet. In addition to describing the location and depth of occurrence of three species Sepia saya, Acanthosepion stelliferum, and Uroteuthis (Photololigo) edulis in the northeastern of Iranian waters of the Gulf of Makran (Family: Sepidae & Loliginidae), this study also describes some morphometric, meristic, and diagnostic characteristics of them. Except for Acanthosepion stelliferum, which was caught in mass, other species were few. As new diagnostic information compared to the previous sources, 12 spots and a continuous color line were observed in the anterior and posterior parts of Sepia saya's mantel margin, and the hectocotylus region was also described for this aquatic. According to the observations, a greater depth range should be considered as the habitat of Sepia saya, and in general, a wider geographical distribution was envisioned for the mentioned species.
