مقایسه پتانسیل جذب پرتوهای ماورابنفش و مقدار فیکوبیلی پروتئین های عصاره های استخراج شده با کمک حلال و امواج فراصوت از ریزجلبک اسپیرولینا پلتنسیس (Spirulina platensis)

چکیده

ریزجلبک ها، طیف گسترده ای از ترکیبات و رنگدانه های محافظت‌کننده (اسیدهای آمینه شبه مایکوسپورین، سیتونمین ها، فیکوبیلی پروتئین ها و کارتنوئیدها) در برابر پرتوهای ماوراء بنفش (UV) تولید می‌کنند که به‌طور اختصاصی ریسک ابتلا به سرطان و پیری پوست را کاهش می‌دهند. جهت مقایسه تاثیر حلال بر فاکتور محافظت‌کنندگی از پرتوهای UV (SPF) و همچنین میزان کربوهیدرات، پروتئین‌کل و فیکوبیلی‌پروتئین‌ها‌ی عصاره‌های ریزجلبک اسپیرولینا (Spirulina platensis) از حلال‌های آبی، اتانولی، متانولی، آبی/اتانولی و آبی/متانولی استفاده شد. بازده عصاره‌های تهیه شده از اسپیرولینا با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که عصاره اتانولی فاکتور محافظت‌کنندگی بالاتری نسبت به سایر عصاره ها داشت (00/0 ± 94/11SPF=). همچنین عصاره اتانولی حاوی مقدار بالاتری کربوهیدرات (002/0 ± 39/2 میلی گرم بر میلی لیتر) نسبت به سایر عصاره ها بود. عصاره آبی، بالاترین مقدار فیکوبیلی پروتئین ها و راندمان استخراج را در بین سایر عصاره های پودر شده با خشک کن تصعیدی (05/90 درصد) داشت. با توجه به مقدار قابل توجه SPF عصاره اتانولی، می‌توان استفاده از این عصاره در فرمولاسیون‌های ضدآفتاب به‌عنوان فیلترکننده طبیعی پرتوهای UV پیشنهاد نمود.

microalgae produce a wide range of protective compounds and pigments (mycosporid-like amino acids, Scytonemines, phycobiliproteins, and carotenoids) against ultraviolet (UV) radiation, which specially reduce the risk of skin cancer and aging. To compare the effect of solvents on UV protection factor (SPF) as well as the extacted amounts of carbohydrates, proteins and phycobiliproteins of Spirulina platensis different solvents including aqueous, ethanolic, methanolic, aqueous/ethanolic and aqueous /methanol were used. The yield of lyophilized extracts was compared. The results showed that ethanolic extract had a higher protective factor than other extracts (SPF=11.94 ± 0.00) also, this extract showed a higher amount of carbohydrates (2.39 ± 0.002 mg/ml) than other extracts. Aqueous extract had the highest amount of phycobiliproteins and extraction efficiency between other lyophilized extracts (90.05%). Inconclusion, due to the significant amount of SPF of ethanolic extract, the useage of this extract in sunscreen formulations as a natural UV filter coulb be suggested.
