تأثیر پروبیوتیک تپاکس آبزیان (AQUALASE) بر رشد، بقاء و فاکتورهای خونی ماهی بنی (Mesopotamichthys sharpeyi)

چکیده

مخمرها منبع پروتئین و متشکل از مجموع گروه‌های ویتامین B هستند و به‌طور موفقیت‌آمیزی به‌عنوان مکمل در جیره ماهیان بکار می‌روند. هدف از این تحقیق ارزیابی اثرات پروبیوتیکی تپاکس آبزیان، بر روی رشد، بازماندگی، پارامترهای خونی و ایمنی در ماهی بنی (Mesopotamichthys sharpeyi) بود. پژوهش در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 3 تکرار در تابستان 1395 انجام شد که شامل تغذیه ماهیان بنی با جیره‌های غذایی حاوی صفر (تیمار شاهد)، 05/0 (تیمار 1)، 1/0 (تیمار 2)، 15/0 (تیمار 3) درصد پروبیوتیک بود. ماهیان بنی با میانگین وزن 95/0±22/16 گرم به‌صورت تصادفی در 12 تانک 300 لیتری با تراکم 30 ماهی در هر تانک توزیع شدند. پس از 60 روز غذادهی با جیره‌های آزمایشی در انتهای دوره شاخص‌های رشد و شاخص‌های خونی بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که این پروبیوتیک به‌طور معنی‌داری شاخص‌های رشدی نظیر وزن (بالاترین میزان 37/24)، ضریب رشد ویژه (بالاترین میزان 49/1)، ضریب تبدیل غذایی (بالاترین میزان 29/1)، نسبت بازده غذایی (بالاترین میزان 77/0)، نسبت بازده پروتئین (بالاترین میزان 16/2) و ضریب رشد روزانه (2/2 بالاترین میزان) را بهبود داده و بهترین عملکرد را در تیمار 3 با 5/1 درصد پروبیوتیک نشان داد. در مورد شاخص‌های خونی هموگلوبین (g/dI 42/12)،MCH ( 10-1 µm377/1) و MCHC ( 10-1 µm307/7) در تیمار 3 تحت تأثیر پروبیوتیک موردبررسی افزایش نشان دادند. با توجه به تأثیر مثبت پروبیوتیک تپاکس آبزیان بر روی شاخص‌های رشدی و نیز بر هموگلوبین خون ماهی بنی، پروبیوتیک می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک بهبوددهنده رشد (به‌خصوص در دوز 5/1 درصد) در پرورش ماهی بنی استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

Yeasts have been used as food additive containing protein and vitamins group B for fish nutrition. The present study was aimed to investigate the effects of probiotic, AQUALASE on growth, immunity and hematological parameters of Benii, Mesopotamichthys sharpeyi. Fish were assigned to 12 experimental tanks (with stocking rate of 30 fish per tank) as 3 experimental treatments with three replicates. The treatments were: T1: 0.05% probiotic, T2: 0.1 % probiotic, T3: 0.15% probiotic. Also, one group fed with probiotic -free diet was considered as control. After 60 feeding with experimental diets, it was recognized that probiotic improves the growth indices including: weight, specific growth rate, daily growth rate, feed and protein efficiency and also decreases feed conversion ratio. In this regard, the best results obtained in fish fed with 0.15 probiotic (T3). Survival rate values showed no significant differences between experimental groups. The values of hemeoglubin, MCH and MCHC increased only in T3. In conclusion, with regard to positive effects of AQUALASE on growth and hematology of Benii, this probiotic can be as a growth enhancer for this species.
