تعیین اثر سطوح مختلف پربیوتیک رافینوز بر عملکرد رشد و شاخص‌های ایمنی موکوس در بچه ماهی کپور معمولی(Cyprinus carpio)

چکیده

در این تحقیق تأثیر مکمل غذایی پربیوتیک رافینوز بر عملکرد رشدوشاخصهای ایمنی موکوس در بچه ماهی کپور (Cyprinus carpio) بررسی شد. در این آزمایش، بچه ماهیان کپور (میانگین وزنی 10 گرم) با جیره‌های غذایی حاوی سطوح مختلف پربیوتیک رافینوز شامل صفر (شاهد)، 1، 2 و 4 گرم در کیلوگرم به مدت 8 هفته تغذیه شدند. هر تیمار در 3 تکرار انحام شد.در پایان دوره ی آزمایش نمونه‌برداری موکوس و سنجش پارامترهای رشد انجام گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که میزان ایمونوگلوبولین کل موکوس در ماهیان تیمار شده با رافینوز نسبت به گروه شاهد افزایش معنی‌داری داشت (05/0>P) و بیشترین مقدار در تیمار 4 گرم ثبت شد. فعالیت لیزوزیمی در تیمارهای پربیوتیک در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش یافت، با این‌حال تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (05/0<P).علاوه‌براین، پارامترهای رشد (وزن نهایی، درصد افزایش وزن، ضریب رشد ویژه)، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و درصد بازماندگی در گروه‌های تیمار شده در مقایسه با گروه شاهد اختلاف معنی‌داری نداشت (05/0<P).

Abstract:
In this research, the effect of peribiotic supplementation of raffinose on the growth performance of Mucus immuno component in Cyprinus carpio was investigated. In this experiment, carps (weighted average 10 grams) were fed diets containing various levels of raffinose peribiotic including zero (control), 1, 2 and 4 g / kg for 8 weeks. Each treatment was submerged in 3 replicates. At the end of the experiment, mucus sampling and growth parameters were measured. The results of the study showed that total mucus immunoglobulin content in treated fish with raffinose was significantly higher than control group (P <0.05) and the highest amount was recorded in 4 g treatments. Lysozyme activity increased in probiotic treatments compared with control group, however, there was no significant difference (P <0.05). In addition, growth parameters (final weight, weight gain, specific growth factor), Food conversion ratio and survival percentage were not significantly different in the treated groups compared to the control group (P <0.05).
