بررسی کیفیت پساب پخت اولیه کارخانه فراوری ماهی با توجه به استانداردهای محیط‌زیست جهت مصارف کشاورزی

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت فاضلاب صنعتی، آلودگی‌های ناشی از آن بررسی ترکیبات موجود، استفاده مجدد، امکان بازگشت آن‌ها به طبیعت، چگونگی دفع، میزان آلودگی به وجود آمده در اثر ورود به طبیعت و کاهش آثار سو آن موردبررسی قرار گرفت. رشد روزافزون جمعیت و افزایش نیاز به محصولات فراوری‌شده همچون کنسرو ماهی، افزایش کارخانه‌های فرآوری و افزایش تولید پساب صنعتی حاصل در محدوده بابلسر موردبررسی قرار گرفت. پساب حاصل به دلیل میزان چربی بالا باعث بروز مشکلات تصفیه در این شهرک گشته است. در این تحقیق شاخص‌های کیفی TDS، BOD، COD، TSS،pH و FAT در پساب اولیه پخت دو نوع ماهی زرده و هوور اندازه‌گیری، مقایسه و چگونگی استفاده مجدد آن‌ها بررسی گشت. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده میزان BOD، COD، TSS، TDS و FAT در ماهی هوور به ترتیب 10558.20، 67946.41، 21790 و2.07 و در ماهی زرده 35641.25،71085.33، 40457 و 2.06 بود که با مقادیر ارائه‌شده توسط سازمان محیط‌زیست مطابقت نداشت. نتایج نشان داد که این پساب برای استفاده در کشاورزی مناسب نیست و در ابتدا باید مورد تصفیه قرارگرفته سپس مقایسه‌های لازم با مقدار مجاز محیط‌زیست انجام گردد.

چکیده [English]

Due to the importance of industrial wastewater, the pollution caused by industrial, it,s compounds and reuse, the possibility of their return to nature, how to dispose of and the amount of pollution caused by entering the nature and reducing it,s adverse effects were evaluated. For this reason, in present reserch the growing population and and increased demand for processed products such as canned fish, increase processing factory and increased production of industrial waste in the Babolsar area was investigated.Because of the high fat effluent treatment plant in this town has been causing problems in the field. In this study, qualitative indicators BOD5, COD, TSS and pH in the initial waste cooking of two type of fish Thunnus tonggol and Euthynnus affinis measuring and comparing and examining how to reuse them in return. According to the results, BOD, COD, TSS and TDS in fish Thunnus tonggol were 10558.20, 67946.41, 21790 and 2.07 and in Euthynnus affinis were 35641.25.71085.33,40457and 2.06 which did not match the values provided by the Department of Environment.The wastewater is not suitable for use in agriculture and in need of treatment were compared needed to be done with the authorized environment.
