Fungous infection to Saprolegnia is the most important difficulties at the egg of Acipenser Persicus which is controlled by Malachite green as an effective structure . Because of the effects and adverse imposition on human and various fish, its use has been avoided in most of the world more than two decades approximately. This study was aimed to compare the antifungal effect of Zinc oxid nano particles with malachite green on Saprolegnia . Therefore , after the synthesis of Zinc oxid nan particles and its effect by using XRD and SEM , its antifungal effect by MIC compared according to macrodilution method with malachite green . The MIC range of Zinc oxid nano prticles with mean 0.81 ± 0.28 µgml-1 was determined to compare the Malachite Green with MIC mean equal to 8.98 ± 1.15 µgml-1 and Zinc oxid nano particles had significant sensitivity . The result showed that Zinc oxid nano particles had anti fungi effect and can be used to remove Saprolegnia in the fishery area as an appropriate option.
