بررسی نرخ فیلتراسیون صدف مروارید ساز محار Pinctada radiata در شوری های مختلف

چکیده

صدف مرواریدساز محارPinctada radiata از خانواده ی Pteriidae یکی از مهم‌ترین صدف‌های مرواریدساز خلیج فارس می باشد. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین مقدار بهینه ی شوری و بررسی اثرات آن بر میزان صافی خواری صدف مروارید ساز محار با استفاده از فیتوپلانکتون Isochrys:s aff galbana در 5 تیمار شوری(20، 25، 30، 35 و 40 قسمت در هزار) و 3 تکرار صورت پذیرفت. صدف‌ها با میانگین طول کل(پشتی –شکمی) 98/6 ± 67/49 میلی‌متر از جزیره ی هندورابی جمع آوری شد. تراکم اولیه فیتوپلانکتون جهت نغذیه 100000 سلول/ میلی لیتر در نظر گرفته شد و در زمان های یک ساعته و دو ساعته مجدداً تراکم آنها شمارش شد. بیشترین میزان فیلتراسیون در شوری 35 قسمت در هزار بود که میزان آن در ساعت اول 46/89 ± 77/2459 و در ساعت دوم 00/57 ± 39/2820 میلی لیتر/ساعت/صدف رسید که با دیگر تیمارها اختلاف معنی داری داشت(05/0P<). کمترین میزان فیلتراسیون در شوری 20 قسمت در هزار بود که میزان آن در ساعت اول 02/37±51/140و در ساعت دوم 11/22±55/40 میلی‌لیتر/ ساعت/ صدف رسید که با دیگر تیمارها اختلاف معنی-داری داشت(05/0P<). نتایج به دست آمده بهترین شوری جهت انجام فعالیت‌های بیولوژیکی مانند تغذیه، تنفس و رشد صدف مروارید ساز محار 35 قسمت در هزار می باشد. همچنین افزایش صافی خواری در ساعت دوم در شوری های 30، 35 و 40 قسمت در هزارنشان دهنده توانایی سازگاری صدف درآن شوری‌ها می باشد .

Pearl oyster Pinctada radiata is belongs to the family Pteriidae and is one of the pearl oysters of Persian gulf. This study was designed to determine the optimum amount of salt and its effects on the filtration rate of Pearl maker incidents using phytoplankton Isochrysis aff galbana at 5 treatments salinity (20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 parts per thousand), and 3 were repeated. Shells with an average length (dorsal - ventral) 49.67± 6.98 mm it was gathered from the Hendorabi island. The initial density of phytoplankton to town with 100,000 cells / ml were considered and at the time of one-hour and two-hour congestion they were counted again.Most filtration rate of 35 parts per thousand salinity that it is the first time 2459.77± 89 .46and 14.66% increase in the second hour with 2820.39±57 /00ml / hour / shellfish with Other treatments were significantly different (P˂0.05). The filtration rate was about 20 ppt salinity levels in the first hour 140.51 ±37.02and in the second hour with 32 .12% decrease, 40.55 ±22 .11 ml / h / shellfish with Other treatments were significantly different (P˂0.05). The overall results showed that this species best salt for biological activity such as eating, breathing and growing incidents of Pearl is 35 ppt salinity also increases the filtration at second on 30, 35 and 40 parts per thousand reflects its ability to adapt to face in salinity.
