Abstract

Due to the lack of specified linage and parentage information from exotic broodstocks of Litopenaeus vannamei shrimp, in Iran and multiple breeding of closed broodstock populations, also concern about the low level of genetic diversity and accumulated inbreeding and in order to comparison of the genetic variability indices and analysis of the genetic differentiation, total of 30 samples from Boshehr & Gomishan breeding in Boshehr & Golestan provinces, were detected with three microsatellite loci TUDGLv5-7.33, TUDGLv7-9.17 and TUDGLv1-3.224. In this study, decrease of 15.54% in Ho, increase of 13.99% in inbreeding and decrease of 30% Na in Gomishan relative to Boshehr population was observed. The results of Shannon index (sHua) analysis for pairwise population, indicated the significant diversity (P
