تحلیل صادرات محصولات شیلاتی ایران (1393-1383)

چکیده

آمار صادرات شیلات و آبزیان از سه جنبه انواع کد، عنوان تعرفه، و روند ادغام و اضافه شدن تعرفه‌ها در یک دوره ده ساله منتهی به سال 1393 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هم چنین از طریق محاسبه و مقایسه نرخ رشد سالیانه، مقدار و ارزش کل، واحد ریالی و ارزی صادرات آبزیان به تفکیک کشورها به استناد آمار گمرک و مقایسه آنها با آمار سازمان شیلات ایران انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد در این دوره، حدود 468 هزارتن صادرات به ارزش دلاری حدود 5/1 میلیارد دلار و ارزش واحد حدود 2/3 دلار انجام گرفته است. وزن محصولات صادراتی نیز حدود 8/12درصد، و ارزش ریالی و ارزی نیز به ترتیب 5/26 و 8/12درصد رشد داشته اند. ارزش واحد ریالی با 1/12درصد رشد حدود 3 برابر شده است، اما ارزش واحد دلاری 06/0درصد کاهش داشته است. به ترتیب بیش‌ترین مقدار و ارزش صادرات مربوط به سال 92 به میزان 3/71هزار تن و ارزش حدود250 میلیون دلار بوده است. در سال 1383با 30 کد تعرفه صادرات شروع شده و در سال 93 به 52 کد تعرفه رسیده است. بطوریکه، از 296 کد تعرفه جهانی محصولات شیلاتی، از 115 کد تعرفه صادراتی استفاده شده است. همواره عراق و سپس کشورهای ویتنام، امارات بیش‌ترین تعداد صادرات را در بین سه رتبه اول صادر کننده در طول دوره داشته اند. بیش‌ترین مقدار وزنی و ارزش صادرات نیز مربوط به کشورهای عراق، ویتنام و امارات با مجموع حدود 76 و 73 درصد دوره برای این سه کشور بوده است. ......

Analyzing Export of Iranian fishery products (2004-2014)

The statistics of the export of fish and fishery products were investigated from three aspects containing code, tariff names, and the trend of merging and adding tariffs for a period of 10 years up to 2014. In addition, by calculating and comparing the annual growth rate, the amount and total value, the Rial and Dollar unit value of export based on the differentiation of each country according to the Iranian fisheries organization was carried out. Results showed that during this period, about 468 thousand tons of exports which worth about 1.5 billion dollars and a unit value of about $ 3.2 were done. The weight of the export products was about 12.8%, and the Rial and Dollar unit value were increased 26.5% and 12.8%, respectively. The value of the Rial unit with a growth of 12.1% has been around 3 times, but the dollar unit value has fallen up to 0.6 percent. Respectively, the most quantity and value of exports was about 71 thousand tons and $ 250 million. In 2004, export started with 30 export tariffs codes and reached to 52 tariff codes in 2015. Among 296 World tariffs Code of fishery products, only 115 export tariff codes had been used. Iraq, and then Vietnam and UAE had always the highest number of exports among the top three issuers during the same period.
