The Explanation of the Effective Behavioral Factors on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Towards Achievement of the Fisheries' Economic Goals (a study in the Mazandaran Fisheries and Marine Organization)

Abstract

Innovation and entrepreneurship are very important concepts and in the recent years, their benefits has been quite tangible and sensible for large number of organizations, companies and businesses in the subdivisions of industry, agriculture and the service. Therefore, the purpose of the present research is the verification and ranking of effective behavioral indexes on Innovation and Organizational Entrepreneurship (OE) process in Mazandaran fisheries and marine organization. In terms of data collection, the used method in this study is the descriptive-survey method, and in terms of research purposes, it is an applied research. Statistical population of present study includes the experts and connoisseurs in the mazandaran fisheries and marine organization. In the present study, after study literature, the effective behavioral indexes on innovation and OE were identified. Data collection was used by delphi and paired comparisons questionnaires, and in order to data analyzing, using fuzzy felphi method and FGAHP were used. The results of the analysis indicate that the effective behavioral indexes on innovation and OE in priority order are follow: leadership styles; organizational culture; team spirit; entrepreneurship training; organizational communications, and risk-taking. By consideration to these factors, organizations' managers could take an important step toward innovation and entrepreneurship development within their organization.
