بهینه سازی استخراج ترکیبات ضداکسیدانی جلبک قهوه ای Sargassum angustifoliumبا رفلاکس حرارتی در روش تاگوچی
در این مطالعه از روش رفلاکس حرارتی برای استخراج عصاره از جلبک قهوه ای سارگاسوم استفاده شد. استخراج با 3 حلال (اتانول، آب/اتانول و آب) و در 3 زمان (90، 180 و 270 دقیقه) انجام شد. آزمایشها با استفاده از طرح تاگوچی در سه سطح انجام شد. میزان فنول کل و خنثی کنندگی رادیکال آزاد سنجیده شد. با توجه به نتایج، بهترین شرایط برای استخراج ترکیبات ضداکسیدانی از سارگاسوم استخراج آبی و زمان 270 دقیقه بود. میزان فنول کل و IC50 در شرایط بهینه 392 میلی گرم اسید گالیک بر گرم ماده خشک (GAE) و 008/0 میلی گرم عصاره بود. نتایج نشان داد که این جلبک برای استخراج ترکیبات ضداکسیدانی مناسب می باشد.

مقایسه اثر سه داوری بیهوشی222 MS،اسانس گل میخک و 2- فنوکسی اتانول بر برخی شاخص های خونی و ایمنی ماهی کپور علف خوار (Ctenopharyngodon idella)
ize:12pt;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:nدر مطالعه حاضر اثر بیهوشی سه ماده ام اس ) 222تریکائین متان سولفونات(، اسانس میخک و -2 فنوکسی اتانول بر برخی فاکتورهای خونی و پاسخهای ایمنی ماهی کپور علفخوار ارزیابی گردید. ابتدا غلظت مناسب ایجاد بیهوشی با هر یک از مواد مورد بررسی مشخص گردید. سپس ماهیها با غلظتهای بهدست آمده بیهوش گردیدند و در زمانهای 24 ،12 ،1و 72ساعت بعد از بیهوشی از ماهیها خونگیری شده و پارامترهای خونشناسی شامل: هماتوکریت، میزان هموگلوبین، تعداد گلبولهای قرمز و اندیسهای گلبولی شامل: MCV, MCH, MCHCتفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارها نشان ندادند ) (P>0/05تعداد و نسبت گلبولهای سفید خونی، فاکتورهای ایمنی شامل: میزان فعالیت لایزوزیم سرم، قدرت باکتری کشی سرم، میزان پروتئین تام و گلوبولین در ماهی کپور علفخوار بین تیمارها مقایسه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بیهوشی با ام اس ،222اسانس میخک و -2فنوکسی اتانول تأثیری بر فاکتورهای خونشناسی ماهی کپور علفخوار در مراحل مختلف نمونهگیری ندارند. ولی نسبت گلبولهای سفید خونی تغییر نموده بهطوری که نسبت نوتروفیلها در تیمار اسانس گل میخک و -2فنوکسی اتانول در زمان 12و 24ساعت بعد از بیهوشی افزایش و نسبت لنفوسیتها کاهش نشان داد ) .(P<0/05در بین فاکتورهای ایمنی فعالیت لایزوزیم نیز در دو تیمار گل میخک و -2 فنوکسی اتانول در 12ساعت بعد از بیهوشی نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش یافت ) (P<

اثر پودر کلم بروکلی (Brassica oleracea var. gemmifera L. ) بر برخی شاخصهای موکوس ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinous carpio )
این تحقیق بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف ( 0، 2/0، 5/0 و 1 درصد ) کلم بروکلی (Brassica oleracea var. gemmifera L ) بر پارامترهای پروتئین کل، آلکالین فسفاتاز و فعالیت ضدباکتریایی موکوس ماهی کپور معمولی ( Cyprinous carpio ) انجام شد. در این تحقیق 300 ماهی کپور در 12 تانک فایبرگلاس 400 لیتری ( هر تانک شامل 25 ماهی ) با وزن متوسط اولیه 24/0±11/2 گرم به مدت 8 هفته به میزان روزانه 3درصد از وزن بدن مورد تغذیه قرار داده شدند. در پایان دوره نتایج نشان داد که میزان پروتئین کل ( TOP ) موکوس در تیمار با 1 درصد کلم بروکلی نسبت به سایر تیمارها و گروه شاهد دارای اختلاف معنادار می باشد (P0.05 ). در پایان می توان نتیجه گرفت که به نظر میرسد، میزان 1 درصد کلم بروکلی در جیره غذایی کپور معمولی باعث تقویت سیستم ایمنی می گردد.

اثر فیلم زیست نانوکامپوزیت فعال شده با اسانس پونه کوهی خالص و نانولیپوزوم شده بر کیفیت و ماندگاری فیله ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykis)
سرعت فساد پذیری بالا در ماهی سبب می گردد تا دوره ماندگاری آن محدود باشد. یکی از راهکارهای مورد توجه در این رابطه استفاده از فیلم ها و پوشش های خوراکی بعنوان حامل افزودنی های طبیعی با خواص ضد میکروبی و ضد اکسیدانی است. در این تحقیق از فیلم نانوکامپوزیتی پروتئین میوفیبریل ماهی-نانوفیبرسلولز غنی شده با اسانس پونه کوهی خالص و ریزپوشانی شده (%2 اسانس) بعنوان عامل نگهدارنده روی فیله ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان استفاده شد. ریزپوشانی به منظور تقویت اثر و بهبود پایداری اسانس در محیط طبیعی بکار گرفته شد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون های میکروبی (بارباکتریایی کل، سرمادوست، انتروباکتریاسه و سودومناس) نشان داد که فیلم های فعال روند رشد و میزان نهایی باکتری های مختلف عامل فساد را بشکل معنی داری کاهش دادند. مشاهدات حاصل از آزمون حسی نیز همسو با آزمون های میکروبی بود و در واقع تحت تاثیر کنترل رشد میکروبی، تیمارهای فعال نمره حسی بالاتری نسبت تیمار شاهد نشان دادند. فیلم محتوی اسانس ریزپوشانی شده بویژه در روزهای ابتدایی (تا روز 8) از جنبه آزمون های مختلف شرایط بهتری نسبت به پوشش محتوی اسانس خالص داشت که این مطلب نشان دهنده تقویت اثر ضد میکروب و بهبود پایداری اسانس در محیط طبیعی عمدتا تا حدود یک هفته پس از اعمال فیلمها بود.

بررسی اثرات غلظت تحت کشنده کادمیوم بر روی بافت های کبد و آبشش بچه ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinuscarpio)
در این پژوهش اثر سمیت تحت کشنده یون کادمیوم بر بافت کبد و آبشش ماهی کپور معمولی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بررسی شده است. پس از قرارگیری بچه ماهی کپور معمولی در مجاورت غلظت (LC 501/0) کادمیوم نمونه گیری در روز های 1و3و7و14 از کبد وکمان دوم آبشش سمت راست انجام شد و از نظر ضایعات هیستو پاتولوژیک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از بررسی شدت و زمان بروز عوارض این طور استنباط می شود که در ساعات اولیه مواجهه، آسیب های التهابی ایجاد می شود و در ادامه آسیب های تخریبی بروز می کند، مهم این که کبد ماهی کپور این توانایی را دارد که برخی ازآسیب های التهابی (هایپر تروفی هپاتوسیت ها و هیپرتروفی هسته ای) را کنترل کند به طوری که در روز سوم این آسیب ها به حداقل می رسد، اما آسیب های التهابی در آبشش با بیشتر شدن زمان مواجهه شدت بیشتری پیدا کرد. در برابرآسیب های تخریبی هیچ فرایند تعدیل کننده ای در بافت کبد و آبشش مشاهده نشد و با افزایش زمان مواجهه شدت آسیب ها افزایش می یابد.

بررسی نتایج حاصل از تلاقی مولدین قزل آلای طلایی و معمولی در مرکز تحقیقات یاسوج
ماهیان قزل آلای طلایی که امروزه در اکثر مراکز پرورش ماهی وجود دارند، بدلیل عدم وجود لاین های مجزا و همچنین تلاقی های بسیاری که بین این ماهیان و ماهیان قزل آلای معمولی رخ داده است دچار ناخالص هایی شده اند. با توجه به بازار پسندی این ماهیان و نیز اهمیت آنها در تولید جمعیت تمام ماده و تمام نر در مراکز تحقیقاتی و یا در مقیاس تجاری، تولید جمعیت خالصی از ماهیان طلایی اهمیت بسزایی دارد. در صورت داشتن جمعیت خالص از این ماهیان انتظار می رود بخش عمده ای از مزارع پرورشی در سطح استان و حتی کشور اختصاص داده شود و در صورت استفاده از آنها در پروژه های کاربردی نتایج بدست آمده قابل استناد و صحیح خواهد بود . بنابراین در این مطالعه مولدین طلایی و معمولی با هم تلاقی داده شده و نتاج آنها در نسل اول از نظر درصد چشم زدگی، تخم گشایی، شنای فعال و همچنین درصد تعداد بچه ماهیان طلایی و معمولی تا وزن 10 گرم مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.

بهبود کیفیت تخم قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) منجمد شده با استفاده از کیتوزان و عصاره سیر و لیمو
� اکسیداسیونی را در ت�در این مطالعه تاثیر نمک 1درصد به همراه عصاره ترکیبی سیر و لیمو 1/5درصد و محلول کیتوزان 1درصد بر روی کیفیت تخم قزلآلای رنگینکمان طی شش ماه نگهداری در دمای -20 درجه سانتیگراد بررسی شد. آزمایشهای شیمیایی شامل اندازهگیری ،pHشاخص تیوباربیتوریک اسید ) ،(TBAپروتئین، میزان چربی کل و ارزیابی حسی در طی یک دوره 180روزه طی روزهای )،0 120 ،60و (180انجام گردید. اکسیداسیون لیپیدها در نمونههای تیمار شده با عصاره و کیتوزان به تعویق افتاد. میزان چربی و پروتئین در تمام تیمارها در طول دوره بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت ) pH .(p≤0/05در تیمارهای عصاره و کیتوزان اختلاف معنیداری با سایر تیمارها نشان داد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از عصاره سیر و لیمو و کیتوزان توانست فسا
