For study CPUE, Catch composition and length frequency in surface narrow-barred Spanish mackerel gill net (Costal region of Sistan Va Baluchistan Province), a study was done in 6 fishing grounds in four months. 778 specimens belong to 25 species was catch and identified. Tuna fish (Auxis rochei rochei) with 135 specimens and 100% probability in all sampling places, is the large number and Nemipterus japonicus, Rachecentron Canadum and Epinephelus coioides with 3 species and 33% probability are the lowest number. Also, Sphyraena putnamiae with weight average of 3672 gr, has maximum weight and Acanthopagrus cuvieri with 271.4 gr has minimum weight.

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of A-Max Ultra prebiotic at five concentrations of 0 (control), 0.3 (T1), 0.5 (T2), 0.7(T3) and 1(T4) g.kg-1 on growth parameters, feed utilization, survival rate and resistance against the challenge tests of common carp larvae were compared for 60 days. For this purpose 600 Common carp F1 larvae with average mean weight of 1.3±0.273g and (±SD) were obtained and transferred to the laboratory. After 14 days adaptation to the laboratory conditions the fish were randomly divided into five treatments with three replicates (four experimental treatment and the control). The results revealed that, the highest of Growth parameters were observed in the diet containing 0.5 and 0.7 g.kg-1 A-Max Ultra prebiotic supplement and the highest of feed indices were observed in the diet containing 0.3 g.kg-1 prebiotic supplement that a significant difference was observed between treatments and the control treatment (P<0.05). The results of linear regression showed there was a positive relationship between some growth parameters and feed utilization including FW, LW, SGR, ADG, TGC, FCE, PER and LER and also negative relationship between RFI and FCR supplementation level of A-Max Ultra. There is a significant difference between treatment's survival rates (P<0.05). The results of challenged with environmental stress showed a significant difference compared with control treatment (P<0.05). This results demonstrated that the use of The A-Max Ultra Prebiotic improved growth parameters, Survival rate, Feed utilization and resistance time to the challenge test of cmmon carp Larvae.

Abstract. Glyphosate is one of the most used pesticides in the agriculture. This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of pesticide glyphosate on histopathology of kidney in common carp (Cyprinus carpio). To this aim, glyphosate treatments were 0, 6, 7, and 8 mg of each treatment with three replications. 150 pieces of fish with an average weight of 30 ±5 were randomly divided in 12 of the 80 liter tank with 40 liters. At the end of the 70 days growing period for study of histopathological lesions of kidney, anesthetic of clove powder samples of kidney were performed. Histopathologic examination results showed that significant changes in kidney were performed. Renal tubular necrosis begins to accumulate of congestion; destruction and necrosis of tubular epithelial cells hemorrhage and congestion were observed in the urinary tract. In General, result confirmed that chronic concentrations of glyphosate had more physiologic effects like histopathological lesions on common carp like renal tubular necrosis, bleeding and renal tubular necrosis and urethral hypertension; these changes can be used as bio-indicator of glyphosate effects of this fish.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of retene and Lactobacillus acidophilus on expression of immune-related Lyzozym and TNF-α genes in carp (Cyprinus carpio). 12 fish with an average weight of 10 ± 2/5 gr per 500-liter tank were storage. Fish were fed three levels 2% retene, 6×108 CFU/g of L. acidophilus, the combination of these supplement and control groups without probiotic an prebiotic for 8 weeks. To investigate the Lyzozyme and TNF-α gene expression from skin tissue sampling was done at the end of trial. RNA was extracted from subject tissue and cDNA was synthesized and by using specific primers via Real Time PCR, Lyzozyme and TNF-α gene expression was examined. The results showed that L. acidophilus had significant effect on Lyzozyme gene expression ( P < 0.05 ). Also the result of gene expression showed that there were no remarkable differences among groups fed prebiotic, synbiotic and non supplemented diet ( P > 0.05 ) while these supplements had no significant effect on TNF-α gene expression ( P > 0.05 ) and the lower gene expression was observed in symbiotic treat. This study showed that L. acidophilus increased immunity due to increasing the relative expression of Lyzozyme in carp.

The Pollution of aquatic environments by pesticides causes changes in metabolic activity and biochemical compounds of aquatic organisms. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Sub-lethal concentrations of Dimethoate on oxidative stress indices in rainbow trout liver. In this study, rainbow trout were exposed to concentrations of L-1 3675/0, mg / L-07/0735 / mg and L-73/1 mg / L of the pesticide, for 30 days. Sampling was done on days 5, 15 and 30. Biochemical indices were measured, including catalase enzymes, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and protein. Showed no activity of superoxide dismutase In the liver tissue of Oncorhynchus mykiss exposed to Dimethoate , significant changes in activity at the lowest concentration, while increasing, increased with dose and dose levels at a concentration of 3675 mg / L and 1 7350/0 mg L- 1. Glutathione peroxidase levels decreased, except on Day 15, significantly in the rest of the course. Catalase activity increased significantly on day 15. The level of protein decreased in all groups compared to the control group. Changes in oxidative stress indices in fish liver exposed to Sub-lethal concentrations of Dimethoate indicate damage to the liver tissue due to increased levels of free radicals. Among the concentrations, the amount of 7350 mg L-1 and the glutathione peroxidase antioxidant were highest.

Malachite green is used as a fungicide, bactericide and parasitic ide in the aquaculture industry, which is influenced on the environment as a pollutant .In this study, the using nano-photocatalysts TiO2@SBA-15 and TiO2 they were developed for efficient photodegradation of malachite green. This Absorbents is Eco-friendly And the have high performance in between of the nano-adsorbents. The used nano-photocatalysts was evaluated by the decomposition of malachite green as a model organic pollutant under UV light irradiation. Effects of various process parameters including adsorbent dosage (40, 100, 200, 400), contact time (240 min), initial pH (4, 7, 10) of the solution and initial Malachite green concentration (10, 20, 30) were investigated under batch adsorption system. The results showed that the optimal conditions of removal percentage of TiO2@SBA-15 (98%) accrued at initial concentration of 10 mg/l, adsorbent dosage of 200 mg/l and solution pH of 10. the TiO2@SBA-15 nanoparticles removal rate of 98% in 90 minutes performed better than the TiO2 nanoparticles removal rate of 60% in 240 minutes.
